Our product expert will endeavour to resolve your issue with you. If we are unable to help, we will process a refund within 7 days of us receiving the returned product to our office, deducting shipping costs. Refunds will be processed in a timely manner and payment made by the same method that you used for the original purchase. All refunds are made at the discretion of www.ammolife.com.au.
